We offer a secure online portal that allows families to access appointment scheduling and health records and to communicate with their pediatrician. All information is encrypted and protected by your personal password-protected portal account.
Patient Portal Features

Viewing a summary of your child’s electronic health record

How to Use the Portal
How to Sign Up
Fill out the portal sign-up and health record exchange form through this link.
Send the completed forms via email or fax, or bring them with you on the day of your appointment.
Go to the Patient Portal through this link.
Enter your information and the patient(s).
You will receive a username and will be prompted to choose a password.
When Not to Use the Portal
The portal is not for diagnosing or treating medical conditions. Diagnosis and treatment require an in-person or telemedicine consultation with North Providence Pediatrics. The portal is not for emergencies. In an emergency, go to the nearest emergency department or call 911.
Conditions for Use
We take steps to safeguard your family’s health information, and portal access is an optional service that may be revoked if misused. By enrolling and using the portal, you agree to:
Not transmit electronic information that violates others’ rights or privacy
Not use the portal in violation of local, state, or federal law
Not send obscene, abusive, slanderous, or harmful material
Not intentionally spread viruses or take actions that compromise the security of our computer systems
Our patient portal is HIPAA compliant and designed to protect your child’s private health information while making care more convenient for families.
All with encryption and access controls comply with federal privacy standards to make sure that parents and guardians have reliable, confidential access to their child’s health information whenever they need it.
